Good book on lesser known exercise techniques.

Despite the strange and slightly off-putting title and front cover, this book contains a very good collection of strength training exercises using lesser known equipment like Clubbells, Macebells and the more common kettlebells and bar/dumbbells. And the author also shows ways on how to combine the equipment to perform new exercises together.
A worthwhile addition to my collection of exercise manuals.
